Goat Cheese Carbonara

INGREDIENTS:

  • olive oil
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • 100~200g cooked spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/3 ~ 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley, chopped


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Saute garlic with oil in a pan.
  2. Add cooked spaghetti and continue to cook for a few minutes.
  3. Beat eggs and goat cheese in a mixing bowl. It’s okay to have lumps.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the egg/cheese mixture and whisk quickly.
  5. Salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle chopped parsley.
