When we see vinegar, we automatically look at it as an ingredient for cooking. But it is not an ordinary condiment. It has many health benefits for us aside from that fact that it can be used as household cleanser and polisher.

Instead of taking in a lot of salt from the food that we eat, we must take more vinegar instead (white vinegar or apple cider vinegar). Excessive quantity of salt intake can destroy our body systems like our kidneys. It can also lead to hypertension or high blood pressure.

Vinegar can help control blood sugar levels in our body. You just have to take in right amount of apple cider or white vinegar everyday. It is one of the best alternatives for glucose control. This is so because of the acetic acid content of the vinegar the slows down the increase of blood sugar especially after eating.

Vinegar can help in losing weight. You can take two to three teaspoons of apple cider or white vinegar everyday with food or after meals.

Vinegar can also be use in various beauty regimen, for smooth and whiter skin, for acne treatment, for dandruff, and many more.

However, take caution. If you have ulcer and hyperacidity, do not take too much of vinegar. It can aggravate your illness.
