Losing your heart to someone sounds romantic, but what if that someone is a disease. Heart is the one of the most important organ of the body, and its care is not an easy thing. The first and most important thing in heart care is saying your bad habits a goodbye. Smoking, drinking, tobacco chewing are all poison- like for your heart. Bad habits are not the only thing affecting your heart, but it is also the food that you have. Having a healthy balanced diet will help you to stay away from heart diseases. Then comes exercising. Unbelievably, laughing your heart out actually keeps the heart inside you, in a healthy condition. So keep chuckling even on your friend’s stupidest jokes. Moreover, after doing all these for your heart, reward yourself with some wine and chocolates as they are good for your heart. A regular checkup is the ultimate step towards an excellent heart care.
