How To Be Happy???

Friends our world is consists of a lot of creatures out of which human beings are the top ranked creature of God. According to the statistics of United States in October 2011, the world population has reached to Seven Billion mark. In the world everyone is different from one another. Out of which someone is happy with his life and someone is not. This results due to many reasons but believe me happiness is directly linked with your own believes and non-believes. If you can think you can do, same in the case if you can think about happiness you can make you feel deep in happiness.

What is Happiness?

In simple words happiness is a state of being pleasure with, happy with, satisfy with and agree with the moment and happenings of your life. If you feel joy and satisfaction from the different times of your life you will be happy but many unpleasant situations cause some adverse effects against your happiness. No problem if you feel unhappy you can make you happy even by simple tasks from those of  your daily routine. This video explains what is happiness?

Following steps are among those simple and easy tasks related to happiness:

Understand yourself

Hey man what are you doing, why are you unhappy, take this mirror and watch yourself in it. It will show you your real image just with switching on your mind. Start to know yoursef, look at your face, your each part of the body especially your mind and heart. When you was a child how happy you was with your life instead of zero education, less learning and a few facilities. Gradual moments of life just threw a dust on your mind and heart. You just need to clean and clear it. You are good enough all by yourself. Just avoid mindless consumption. Value your opinions also like you value other’s opinions. . 

Love and accept yourself in every situation and believe yourself that you are good enough from inside.Find your real strength which is inside you.

Explore the world

Imagine yourself on the top of a mountain. Begin observing the world in front of you. The ups and downs, not a single and identify-able but heart touching waterfalls and singing cascades , colorful flowers, a smooth wind and tree’s sound, twittering birds, shining sun with beauty of sun-rise and sun-set, bright moon and twinkling stars and each and every thing which you can see observe first.

When you will do this, you will find every noise changing into attractive voice and then obviously your life will become a good choice for you. With the passage of time you will become a great observer when you go on finding hidden mysteries and treasures kept by the nature that are waiting  for you in the world.

Make plans

If you want to live a happy and real life just make your brain a  free of cost time manager for you. Manage your daily routine’s time and make plans for the next day, next week, next month and for the whole year e.g, in the existing year I have to read the Quran two times with the translation and explanation, books related to your education, history books and general knowledge and interesting facts. Or when you feel loneliness make plans to visit relatives, your friends, 

watching a movie, attending a party and going to shopping for the existing month. Make a strong plan that how to spend time, spread love and affection and respect and care for your family, neighbors, relatives and everyone including all other creatures.

Follow your heart

There is strong competition between our heart and mind to go first. Heart says I don’t know I want her/him because I cannot live without, sometimes heart says invest more and more to get more and sometimes it says leave it, I will do it tomorrow but in real that tomorrow never comes.  Sometimes saying of heart feels good but results to a great loss. The heart that was compelling you to do that thing for the pleasure and happiness was itself the cause of problems.  But now you don’t need to worry about. Follow your heart but always and every time keep your mind with it.

Make relations but judge others correctly, invest more leave less but after the permission of your mind and always discuss these with friends and family and trustworthy ones.

Take rest and the best

Whenever you feel tired, anxiety and depression then leave everything and take some rest fresh oxygen and water, slight massage and a session of deep and continuous breathe like inhale and exhale until you feel yourself good to start again. Take sufficient sleep six or seven hours and proper and regular exercise in the morning. You can arrange sessions of meditation (MEDITATION BASICS) for five to ten minutes and then increase time according to your need and satisfaction.

Choose that is best for you like which diet plan suits your health, selection of clinic for proper checkup after every three months, best time for working, playing, watching talk-shows etc and learn how to relax in anxiety and depression. Listen to your favourite sounds, music, motivational speeches. Do things for you like you do for you vehicle’s maintenance, do first for yourself and always prefer which is best and beneficial for you in all cases. Call your inner world

Stop glancing yourself but start focusing and watching yourself. Call your inner world and think about the systems of your existence (body). The proper functioning of your heart from the day first upto now, growth of your whole body and it’s each organ. Infact everything is going well and this thinking will create a positive wave of passion, excitement and happiness.

 

Take some time for the ideas you have but never implemented and the things you started but you didn’t have time to complete like painting, learning driving, piano, guitar, dancing and singing. Act like a kid again and live to your proper and  good expectations and expect little and give much to others.

Rearrange everything

Keep your old thoughts and plans in your mind but rearrange them with new and advanced ideas according to your preferences.

 

Rearrange your furniture, wardrobe, cupboard, wall clock, wall paintings and pictures in the room and flower pots, plants and pet places in the entire house. It will give you a new, pleasant and positive look which yields happiness automatically.

 

Open your photo album

Hold your photo album. When you will see your childhood pictures, teen ages, youth time, your birthday parties, your engagement, your wedding ceremony, your family’s special days and achievements then you will go to the state of happiness even you will feel those happy moments and memories.

 Be grateful

Look and analyze your existence and the life given by God to you. Examine it deeply and be grateful for the gift of life and all that happenings (even negative and unpleasant happenings was to teach you a good lesson and experience), blessings and all that good time from the first breathe of your life up to now.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When you will do this (acceptance and gratefulness) then automatically the blessing of happiness and relaxation will fall in love with you. The God will be happy with you and then definately He will shower His countless blessings upon you which will give you happiness more and more and more…

 

Always remember

Smile as much as possible because it creates a psychological impact which responses to happiness.
Be positive and focus on solutions of the problems then you will be able to get rid of them
What you think today you could become tomorrow if you will work between today and tomorrow
