HOW TO DECORATE YOUR HOME LIKE A KARDASHIAN
Whether you love them or hate them, you have to admit they have great taste in interiors.
The Kardashian/Jenner ladies may not be everyone's cup of tea, but after 11 seasons of their hit show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," and unheard of numbers of social media followers, it's clear these women know a thing or two about staying in the public eye.
That's not their only kollective skill though. The Kardashians are also pros at picking up some of California's best real estate, and decking out their homes to the nines. Most of their stylish interiors are credited to Jeff Andrews, the family's go-to interior designer.
Andrews helped Kris Jenner design her current home, and is even helping her refresh the space as we speak. He was also the designer behind Kourtney andKhloe's former homes, and is currently in the throes of helping the broods youngest members — Kendall and Kylie — craft their perfect bachelorette pads. Andrews is so beloved by the family that he even scored an invite to Kris's Gatsby-themed 60th birthday party.
We turned straight to him for a few key tips on how to bring the Kardashian/Jenner vibe — which he describes as "chic, glamorous, and inviting" — to your own home.
GLAM DOESN'T ALWAYS MEAN OVER-THE-TOP
Although this is one family that isn't afraid to go over-the-top, Andrews says that when it comes to interiors, the Kardashian/Jenner ladies know restraint is important. "Don't over-decorate," he suggests. "Surround yourself with things you love and that have meaning to you. It's not always about flash, it's about style and how you express it."

NEUTRALS ABOVE ALL ELSE
There are three colors you are all but guaranteed to find in any Kardashian/Jenner home, according to Andrews: "White, gray and black." Relying heavily on these classic colors in your own home is the easiest way to bring a little Kardashian style to your home.
One warning though, once your home is decked out in a neutral color palette, you may find yourself dressing head to toe in neutrals as well, a la Kim K.

MIX IT UP
Even if your own budget is far from that of an A-list reality star, bringing a luxe feel to your home is still possible. Andrews suggests splurging more on items you really love, and are sure to use, and mixing those with more wallet-friendly pieces. "It is important to have key pieces in a space that you may spend more on as well as affordable things with style," he says. "It's all in the mix."
Take a cue from Kourtney Kardashian's former bedroom (above) and go wild with art and patterned curtains, but keep your furniture and linens subdued. You're more likely to get a good deal on solid-colored staples.
DON'T OVERLOOK ANYTHING...EVEN THE TINIEST DETAIL
When it comes to designing a home, it's natural to think big-picture. But every detail is important, something Andrews says the Kardashian/Jenner ladies all understand. "Kris is a perfectionist, and no detail is too small. This is a reason I appreciate her so much and why we work well together. I see the same traits in all of the girls."
So instead of only focusing on big-ticket items like your homes walls, floors, and furniture, spend just as much time deciding on which light fixtures and accessories will truly round out the space. The end result will be a cohesive design where everything is perfectly styled — just like a Kardashian on a red carpet.

EMBRACE YOUR VISION
Even though there are a few themes that can be found in each Kardashian/Jenner home, Andrews says that they each have a strong, personal vision as well. For example, Kourtney took a chance in her former home's living room (above) to create a high-impact black & white room with unexpected pops of color, something that perfectly encapsulated her design vision.
"Beautiful rooms can be done more affordably if you have a clear vision, do your research, and stick to your design plan," he says. That way, you won't feed into expensive impulse buys that weren't a part of your original plan.
