- 9" Fondant Roller: pink guide rings
- 10 oz Decorator Preferred® Black Fondant
- Decorator Brush Set
- Piping Gel
- 1 oz White Candy Melts® Candy
- 12" Disposable Decorating Bags
- Parchment paper
- 10"x14" Cake Board (sold in stores)
- Candy sticks

- Favorite roll-out cookie recipe
- Food-safe scissors
- Ruler

DIRECTIONS:
- Make cookies one day in advance. Prepare & roll out dough following recipe directions. Use cutters to cut shapes. Bake & cool cookies.
- Cover cookies with fondant one day in advance. Use 9" fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out black fondant 1⁄16" thick. Use cutters to cut shapes to match cookie shapes. Attach fondant shapes to cookies with brush & piping gel. Allow to dry 24 hours.
- Decorate cookies. Melt white Melts® candy according to package directions. Fill a disposable decorating bag with melted candy, cut ." off tip of bag. Pipe 20 lines of candy, 2" long, on parchment paper-covered cake board. Allow to chill, 10 to 15 minutes. Use candy sticks to write messages & make designs on cookies. Attach icing decorations on cookies with dots of piping gel.
