In 21st century information technology has a rapid increase and now it is in its peak. Access of internet becomes very easy and devices are very cheap and economic. Everyone has a laptop mobile phone, internet companies, and mobile companies giving different packages at very fissile cost. People of every age group are using different social networks face book, twitter, eBay, Gmail, line, what’s App, line, stream to interact with other people at every corner of the world.

Every person, every time remain online and chatting, sharing, liking and tweeting with each other. These are the benefits of IT but there are too many side effects and disadvantages of excessive use spend technology like before few years ago scene was something different. People use internet for only official use and on necessary occasions. Few people had a net facility at home mostly people use net café for using net. But in these days it’s very easy to get neat package at home as well as on cell phone. But people always get busy in cell phones, laptops, PC’s but social life is totally disturbed.net was used only for official and communication purposes. Remaining time was for family and friends. This was a real source of happiness satisfaction and pleasure.

Fathers spend time with their family, guide their daughter, sons young brother and sisters, share their expenses and tell stories about their forefathers, their gold ages and about office, social and political.

Mothers cook delicious food for their family ,spend time with then ,knit sweaters ,tell stories of princes ,fairylands about grannies about culture about culture ,about our rituals, about our precedents that was a golden time which we spend with our parents with our family, with grandparents, with friends. social

Values were strong, believes were firm , relations were beautiful , homes  were paradises and life was peaceful and easy , simple , full of love and affection.

Although there are conflicting research findings on this topic, an article published by Science Daily reported that time spent on the Internet was associated with later declines in within house family communication and a decrease in the number of friends and acquaintances with which they kept ties.

The same article suggests that communication on the web is taking away necessary human conflict. For example, if an Internet conversation starts getting heated or if someone gets angry, it is too easy to just sign off and not deal with the issue. Resolving conflict is a part of life that shouldn’t be avoided and is usually psychologically helpful

There is some controversy over whether it is possible to actually be addicted to the Internet or not. Some researchers, like John M. Grohol, claim that it is simply people trying to escape their problems in an online world and cannot be classified as an addiction. He demonstrates his theory with this model and states that what some people call an addiction is just someone that is caught in stage one.

Other psychologists, including Jennifer R. Ferris, believe that Internet addiction is a true psychological disorder with definable symptoms. The symptoms are comparable to any addiction, withdrawal, loss of relationships or job and significant time consumption.

If an actual addiction exists or doesn’t exist, the underlying themes that support the addiction theory are still an issue. Whether people are trying to escape problems and reality or they will go through withdrawal if they aren’t surfing the net or chatting, it is still psychologically unhealthy.
