Importance of exercise.

One must do exercise two stay fit and healthy. From the ancient time, People are doing exercise for their fitness, to get rid of different disease, to get relieved from different problems regarding physical and mental. Only knowing the importance of exercise and not doing it would not help the person in anyways. People should give some time for exercise. Exercise facilitates in preventing disease, perks up Stamina, get better Muscle tone, stress reduction, augments elasticity, controls weight, Increases metabolism, Improves superiority of life, Increases Energy, after the regular exercise- development in self-esteem. Exercise is important factor for children, teenagers, and old aged people. All Around the world, people participating in exercise, Activities, Sports are increases as they are being aware of the worse effect by not doing exercise.  Because giving an excuse towards it is a step towards the danger. If a person is beginner then he should start with the cardio. Lifting weights, Stretching, Aerobics are different category. Pregnant women are also advised to do certain exercise. Without knowing the effect of an exercise may invite some disorders. Cycling, Swimming, skipping, Aerobic, Dance, Plying outdoor games, spa, Meditation, Yoga all are essential for high-quality fitness.
