Indo-Pak Kashmir Conflict

The Kashmir Conflict is the biggest conflict between India and Pakistan since the year 1947. India and Pakistan have fought three wars for Kashmir. In 1947 during the Partition of India Pakistan was born as a dominion country and The Maharaja (King) of Jammu and Kashmir asked for a free Kashmir from the British Empire but on 20 October 1947 Pakistan invaded Kashmir. The Maharaja of Kashmir fought but he was unable to stop the invasion of Pakistan Militia. So with the assistance of the Governor General Louis Mt. Batten the Maharaja accede to India. As the Papers of Kashmir, accession to India signed. On 22 October 1947, Indian Army entered Kashmir to stop any further occupation by Pakistan. After a long war of 1year and 71 days, United Nation mandated ceasefire between India and Pakistan. Princely state of Jammu and Kashmir dissolved. UN Ceasefire Line of 1949 was later on named Line of Control (LOC) in 1972. It has been now 68 years that India and Pakistan has this unsolved conflict. Still on some alternate days, Pakistan crosses the LOC and break the ceasefire treaty. No one knows how long it will take to resolve this conflict.
