Basketball legend Michael Jordan partied at Avenue Nightclub after having dinner at Tao Downtown. Bouncer Chronicles was told Jordan was in town to see Roger Federer play at the US Open tennis tournament. Jordan was seen entering the Chelsea hot-spot with a big crew of guys and girls.

Although Jordan was only drinking water he did request songs from DJ Big Ben by Jay-Z and R. Kelly. Jordan saw Federer defeat Marinko Matosevic, who at one point screamed "I want to be like Mike." Marinko might have not have known Jordan was at the match to support Federer, who sported a pair of Air Jordans.
