Setting a shocking example, the governor of Karnataka, India walked off the stage when the national anthem was being played at the swearing-in of a Karnataka High Court judge at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday in Bangalore. It means that a man of his stature does not know that everyone is supposed to stand up and listen to the anthem silently. We condemn his disrespect to the national anthem of our country.
