Cleanliness is not only a good habit but it has, with increasing population, become a social necessity.City governments and munispalties do what they can to collect and properly dispose off the garbage generated daily.But they have their constraints both financial and technical and can manage the issue to a certain extent.But the litter is generated round the clock and if not 'fought' can go out of control to such limits as to limit normal human activities.The sanitation and garbage management departments ought to mobilize the society and the Industry for this mission.People should be educated how to dispose their domestic garbage, lessons regarding this may be included in the syllabus at school or even college level.Those who spread litter outsie the waste bins should be fined and to control the industrial pollution legislation shoud be done at national level.
