Margherita Pasta - Simple Tomato Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

Pasta - 400g to 450 g
margherita sauce - 3.5 cups
Basil Leaves - 10-15
Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves / Cilantro - 2 tablespoon (finely chopped)

Method

  1. Cook the pasta as stated in the package. Keep it aside.Heat the pan and add margherita sauce. Let it boil.
  2. Add basil leaves and mix well. Cook for 2 mins. 
  3. Add cooked pasta and mix well.  
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well let it cook for another 2 mins. Switch it off. 
  5. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot
