My Unique Egyptian Bracelet

Have you ever been given an unusual gift?

I have been sharing stories about my grandparents recently, so now I have another one.

My Greek Cypriot grandmother gave me a gift many years ago. I received a treasured and unique item. It was old and weird looking that at the time and when I was a teenager, I did not appreciate it.

My grandmother gave me an Egyptian silver bracelet that was given to her when she worked in Egypt for a time looking after a rich family where she was their maid. I have attached a photo of the bracelet above.

She gave it to me when I was around 14 years old. At first, I didn't know what to make of it as it wasn't something I wanted to wear, but in time I realized it should be something that I should treasure. I have treasured it ever since, but now I am wondering about it. I think it might be very old and ancient, but I am not exactly sure. Take a look at the pictures and tell me what you think of it. Do you think it's valuable or ancient?

I have, also, decided to take the bracelet to get it looked at it. I want to know if it's valuable in any way, as there are Egyptian markings on this bracelet that seem very unusual. It is, also, made of sterling silver. Can you see the Egyptian pictures in the photos?

I have kept this bracelet hidden in a box of it's own to keep it safe. It still looks good and solid.

So, what do you think of this bracelet? What are your thoughts about something like
