American rapper and song writer Nicki Minaj is standing by her older brother, according to Bouncer Chronicles. Jelani Maraj, 37, of Baldwin, Long Island, was arraigned last week on first degree rape charges against a 12 year-old girl. Maraj was married in August to Jacqueline Robinson at the Coral House on Millburn Lake in Baldwin.

Court papers revealed the superstar singer put up $100,000 bond that sprang her brother from custody in Nassau County. The bond was backed by 2 homes in Baldwin that are owned by Minaj, one of which is used by her brother and the other by her mother, Carol.
