North Korean leader Kim Jong-un opens the door to resume dialogue with South Korea

New year and new prospects for the two Koreas. In his speech to welcome 2015, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has shown open to improve relations with its southern neighbor.
"We can resume talks at the highest level were disrupted if the government of South Korea shows a sincere intention to dialogue to improve relations between north and south," he said, further adding: "If the environment changes, no reasons not stay new high-level talks ".
