Oil and Water - A Perfect Combination For Rudy Lantano

Posted on at

Oil, it appears, is an important commodity in the world, with daily consumption now reaching 75 million barrels (that is somewhere around 11.925 billion liters). And the numbers are increasing. No less than the International Energy Agency has issued the statement that daily oil consumption will go up to 120 million barrels by the time 2030 rolls in. With population increasing as well, it does not sound surprising. Yet, the alarm has to be sounded because as the need for oil increases, so do the prices on the World Market. How will the future generations survive with such a grim picture up ahead? How can our children and our children’s children cope with the depleting supply of oil with the subsequent rise in fuel costs?

Actually, the problem has been felt in the Philippines as early as the 1970s, forcing the Philippine government then to call for alternative solutions. Rudy Lantano has risen to the occasion, inventing the Lan-Gas Formula, an invention that once again has earned him recognition and respect all over the world.

The Lan-Gas Formula is 50% water and 50% gas. The idea might sound incredible. After all, you have learned in grade school that there is no way you can mix water and gasoline together, and expect a reaction, positive or otherwise. But Rudy Lantano has proven that it can be done.

Lantano’s Lan-Gas Formula yields results that are beneficial to consumers and to the environment as well. Consumers can enjoy lower fuel consumption that eventually translates to huge savings, faster startups, higher combustion power, and longer engine life as the formula comes with effective lubricating properties. The Lan-Gas is eco-friendly as it contains low levels of sulfur, thus emitting low amounts of Sulfur Dioxide that pollutes the atmosphere.

The need to reduce dependence on oil becomes even greater now, if not imminent. Still, it poses quite a big challenge, with majority of fuel consumption spent on vehicles, and with most people having to ride their cars to work, to school, or to any destination for that matter. Cars still run on gas, let’s not forget that. A little sacrifice can go a long way, yes, but the thing that can really make a huge impact on fuel consumption is to use Lan-Gas.

Lantano’s Lan-Gas has taken quite a long time to receive public recognition. In fact, even after four decades, not every part of the Philippines has come to recognize what appears to be one of the life-changing inventions of the world. What’s good to know, though, is that there are at least several areas of the country, notably, San Pedro (Laguna), Bicutan, and Taguig, that now have Lan-Gas refilling stations. We continue to hope that slowly but surely, the concept will eventually take its form into the minds of Filipinos, and it will not be long before everyone realizes the effect of this great invention in their lives.

For Rudy Lantano, oil and water do make a perfect combination. Thinking outside the box has immensely rewarded him, a reward that we can all share with and benefit from.
