If you have a favorite show, watch it. If you like ice-cream, eat it. If you like dogs, go to the dog park and watch them. Anything that can boost your mood up.
5.Learn to accept everything as it is
People usually don't just take everything plainly as it is. They always try to make it more complicated that it should be.
