Physics

Physics is the branch of science, which can be defined as,

that branch of science that deals with the study of properties of matter, energy and there mutual relationships.

The above definition is an international standard definition that can adopt by anybody. As in the definition we can study that it deals with properties of matter, its mean that in physics we not just study about the above/looking shape of matter but we discuss its internal and hidden springs and what will its reaction when that matter conside or mingled with other matters.

Further we discuss in definition that physics deals with energy, its means that it also deals with internal things of an atom [a very small indivisible particles like electron, proton and nutron] also study the qualities of nucleus.

As the physics is the branch of science and it deals with the particles that ranges from tiniest particle to huge galaxies. So we can say that it is a very vast field of study then for the help of students and researchers the scientists divide it into many branches that are written below.

There are many branches of physics but most common and important are these Mechanics, Heat and thermodynamics, optics, Electricity and thermodynamics, Atomic physics, Nuclear physics, Solid state physics, Plasma physics, Quantum physics, Semi conductor physics, Geo physics and Biophysics etc.

Mechanics is that branch of physics in which we study about motion of particles under the action of forces.

Optics is that branch of physics in which we study about light its propagation, reflaction, refraction, dispersion and other wave properties of light.

Electricity and magnetism is that branch of physics in which we study about charges and there effect.

Atomic physics is that branch of physics in which we study about properties of atom.

Plasma physics is that branch of physics in which we study about ionized matter.
