Neil Wang, Managing Director of Frost and Sullivan Greater China said nowadays people with disposable income are willing to spend money on the surgery. People hope it could improve their careers as well as their social lives.

The market scale is expected to be worth 850 billion yuan (nearly 137 billion US dollars) by 2018, as per consulting firm Frost& Sullivan.

Investors eye the profitable sector. Last month, Chinese investment firm Lancy said it will buy 33% of shares of South Korea’s plastic surgery firm Dream Korea. In 2013, Shanghai’s Fosun Group acquired a beauty apparatus firm in Israel.
