Forms and Impact of Withholding Earnings, or Earner Buy In

Bitlanders arrangements frequently fall into two categories, each of which resolves whether Bitcoin earners receipt Bitcoin for value for bitcoin.  The first arrangement comes into being when the earner, who would otherwise convert the earnings into fiat currency, cannot do so because, the Bitlanders, or its agents, have procedural barriers in place so as to pay earnings at a time at least two weeks subsequent to the date that the earner became entitled to the earnings.  

The second type of arrangement occurs when Bitlanders actually accepts payment from the earner in return for an anticipated future higher rate of earnings.
