Despite tight security measures, an angry mob overpowered security at Dimapur central prison in Nagaland on last Thursday and dragged away a man accused of raping a local woman on 24 February and then lynched him. Before lynching, they pelted him with stones. As a result, Dimapur, the largest city in the state is still tense.
