A homeless man who was just released from prison last month was charged last week with the rape of a 27 year-old woman in the bathroom of Kips Bay Bar. According to Bouncer Chronicles, Rodney Stover, 48, was charged with rape and predatory sexual assault, a criminal sex act. 

According to police, Stover was not a customer at the bar. He apparently made a bee-line for the bathroom when he attacked the woman. Stover has been arrested on rape charged twice before; once in 1990 and then again in 1992.
