The remainder of the ceiling inside the dinette throne room is midnight black with small diamond and pearl stars. The wedding ceremony itself is to be the highlight of the day and the talk in the underground country of Nor Marie. The wedding will take place at the Devonian Temple. The inside of the Temple is adorned with ARANHA'S favorite colors of purple, white and beige- her signature color is purple. Purple, white and beige candles are lit and put in every window inside the Sanctuary of the Temple. Fake, precious rose bushes placed neat and pretty around the outside of the Altar and a row ascending the stairs leading up into the choir stand on both ends of the short carpeted steps were a natural color of green with purple roses.
CHAPTER TWO
Two tall candle stands with three white ritual candles in them stood on each side of the altar. Soft flower petals of beige, purple and white are scattered on the floor down the center aisle and around the altar in the brides honor. A beautiful melody played in the background as the wedding guest arrived; some are in white horse drawn carriages while others arrived in horses pulling buggies that is decorated beautifully to fit the days occasion.
Inside the large, old fashion Villa kitchen the wedding planner Harold THERIDIIDAE scurried about the place giving out instructions to the staff on the proper arrangements and making sure the Temple stayed clean and orderly. The wedding reception will be held outside the Temple in the front garden. The food will be put on a large buffet stand and placed in the garden. The finest dishes are made: caviar, six different garden salad dishes, and vegetables and fruits of every kind. Spiders did not eat meat they are vegetarians.
There are a thousand bottles of red wine and sparkling champagne that will be served in elegant jet-black spider goblets with thin, blood-red lining around the top of the spider goblets. The wedding decoration is the garden of Eden theme making it seem as if ARANHA and Pisces wedding ceremony has been made in heaven. Pisces six handsome groomsmen matched the same number as his bride-to-be six brides maids.
"I hardly believe it! I'm marrying the most powerful Spider there is in Nor Marie- the gods love me." ARANHA WALCKEANER announced prideful while she fixed her crown veil on her head.
The hourglass spider mark on ARANHA'S neck an inch below her left ear peeked through the fabric slightly. ARANHA'S make-up is applied perfect and her hair and everything else was in place, she looked perfect. ARANHA seemed as if she bit down into the inside of her bottom lip slightly with her index spider fang teeth when she talked. Spiders and Vampires have two things in common: their speed and fangs. But, unlike the Vampire the spider do not drink the human blood. When they attack the enemy spider injects a deadly poison NEUROTOXIC Venom LATROTOXIN into the blood stream. It is an act of self defense. The Vampire feeds off the human blood, the humans's blood gives life to Vampires- the blood is the life for the Vampire.
ARANHA smoothed out small wrinkles on the puffed sleeves and around the skirt of her wedding gown. The bride and her wedding court and her mother gathered inside the luxurious den inside Devonian Temple.
"Tell me darlings, who's the most gorgeous Spider in Nor Marie?" she blushed while prepping in front of a Sabrina cherry CHEVAL mirror, and then quick but smooth ARANHA seated herself at the vanity set; she smiled into the mirror and her index spider fang teeth glistened, they are a perfect pearly white.
"You are darling, and always will be." ARANHA'S mother Olivia WALCKENAER answered sweet and near tears, she and her husband are so proud of their daughter.
ARANHA is Olivia and ARENAUS WALCKENAER'S only child. The six elegant dressed bridesmaids never uttered a kind word, they secretly hated ARANHA WALCKENAER. At last it was time for the wedding march and for the last time ARANHA stood proud in front of the CHEVAL mirror with a healthy bouquet of white, purple and beige roses admiring her breath-taking, marvelous Victorian wedding ball gown. All the while the congregation waited for the wedding to begin ARATA SICARIIDAE sing an Anonymous opera song- the song and the harp and flute music was hauntingly beautiful. Although the TROMBICULA'S are the ones with the angelic voices ARATA SICARIIDAE was allowed to solo at the wedding because she is Pisces lover and, the SICARIIDAE'S are the richest spider family in the spider pack- they are TRILLIONAIRES.
ARATA sang in opera at every event. Everyone knew about ARATA and Pisces except for ARANHA, I pitied her and so did some of the other spiders, but there are quite a few that gloated over the matter. They envied ARANHA with a passion. Over a period of tinme ARANHA'S marriage to the spider Priest will become a burden to her rather than a blessing.
"You mustn't keep the congregation waiting on such a beautiful Summer's evening and especially the Spider Priest, your husband-to-be." ARENAUS WALCKEANER spoke warm to his daughter, they stood in the foyer of the Temple.
ARENAUS stood on the left of ARANHA, he held his right arm out to her- his elbow positioned like he were about to poke ARANHA. She slid her left arm through ARENAUS right arm. Olivia WALCKENAER had gone on before her husband and her daughter. Olivia was escorted down the aisle by a tall, slim, handsome Spider- a Lucas- the other members of the wedding party had already been escorted down the aisle by the groomsmens, they are also spiders. The little flower girl and the little boy ring bearer were precious, they stole the first half of the ceremony. They were adorable when they walked down the aisle.
