Recipe Of Paneer Butter Masala Curry

Hi friends

 Today I want to share with you about a recipe of paneer butter masala.

Ingredients:-

  1. Paneer,
  2. Butter,
  3. Oil,
  4. Onions,
  5. Ginger & garlic paste,
  6. Tomatoes,
  7. Masala seeds,
  8. Coriander,
  9. Cashew nuts,
  10. Water,
  11. Coriander powder,
  12. Red chilli powder,
  13. Salt.

Procedure:-

  1. Take 200grms of paneer, and cut it like a small square pieces, and fry that pieces in butter, very lightly, and take it in a plate.
  2.  And then add some extra butter on that pan. And add chopped onions, green chillis, and Ginger & garlic paste, and fry them properly after that add tomatoes, and masala seeds to it, and after that add red chilli powder, and coriander powder, and finally some salt to taste, mix these all ingredients in pan, and leave it side in a little flame, until they were all cooked very much.
  3. And leave that side for some time, up until that is cool down, and grind it like a paste.
  4. And then keep a pan on stove, after heating the pan add some oil and that masala paste, we were prepared in our previous step, and then fry that pasta up until the oil comes from thaa paste.
  5. And then add some cashew nuts paste, and finally add the previously fried paneer pieces, and then leave it in a small flame up to 3 minutes.

Now our yummy tasty and spicy paneer butter masala curry is ready.
