Rice pudding

• 150 grams of rice
• 1 liter of milk
• 160 g sugar
• Piece of lemon peel
• 1 cinnamon stick
• Ground cinnamon for garnish


How to make rice pudding

1) We cook the milk, cinnamon stick, sugar and lemon peel.

2) Wash the rice with cold water to remove the starch. When milk cooked, add the rice and cook over medium / low heat for nearly an hour, until rice is tender and the milk has thickened enough (here can be controlled by taste, rice with thicker or more liquid milk) remove the lemon rind and cinnamon and serve in bowls, let cool and sprinkled over with cinnamon.
