There are too many girls who are working after getting some education like inter, graduation, masters etc some of them doing study plus job. I am also doing job from last eight years and study too but I had seen a trend in females that they did not have any specific task in life, any specific destiny nor any goal for which they are working. Some of them are working to support their family, some of them for their own higher studies and so on.

            My question and query is that, what role these girls should perform? How they can perform their role In society, In r country’s growth. Because we are more than 55% in number and almost 20% are literate qualified and doing jobs. I had a research that girls only focus on their needs, fashion and accessories. I am talking about Pakistani girls, under developed countries girls as well as at global level.

        We should be a leader in our community a role model, having a specific task goal along with our earning for those who don’t have any guidance about studies how to select their career because in developing communities parents are illiterate or had had very less education. They are struggling to give education to their children but due to lack of guidance they drop out at metric or inter level. This is a major reason that students did not able to get higher education and disables to fulfill their dreams and targets in life and become a reason of increasing unemployment rate in country.

       Another issue I had seen that still now people discriminate between male and female child. Did not concentrate on the education of their girls. Did not allow them to get higher education and get them merry at very young age. Early age marriage also creates too much complication in them.  Girls also have other skills through which they can earn and perform their better role. As an active partner in our community we should focus on such type of issues I had a firm believe that if educated persons work in such a direction, we can improve our society.

      Let’s have a determination that we will perform our better role in our community, in our society, in our country as a guide, as a teacher as a community mobilizes as well as our individual role in our home and for ourselves. Because we are living in an area of globe which is underdevelopment and there is a need of such extra working which we can easily do with some little extra effort. This will also increase harmony in society and spiritual satisfaction to our soul. We can change the lives of others but just need to put some concentration and commitment.

          Be a hope for those who don’t have any light in their live, be a symbol of light and humanity. Because all these things become a source of spiritual satisfaction and happiness of God. We are believer of hell and heaven and these all acts will increase our chances of heaven so spend some time.
