Actor Salman Khan, who was summoned by a local court in Jodhpur to record his statement in the Arms Act case against him today, failed to appear for the hearing as he was suffering from ear-ache and hence could not take the risk of undertaking an air travel to reach Jodhpur for the case. So, the court has fixed another day for his appearance which is on April 29.
