5-6 palm size potatoes pealed an cubed

1 medium size yellow onion

1 can corn

1 pound sausage

salt, pepper, garlic to taste about a teaspoon basil and parsley

Brown Sausage with the onion add spices, potatoes, an can corn add enough water to make a soup. Cook until potatoes are done. Now to change it you can add milk or cheese to make cream of potato an sausage.
