New York City gentlemen's club Scores refuses to drop its lawsuit against a prominent New Jersey doctor over a $135,000 bill. According to Bouncer Chronicles reports, Dr Zyad Younan was 1 of 4 men that was drugged and ripped off in the stripper hustle. 

The attorney for the bachelor cardiologist is surprised that Scores has not dismissed the claim in light of the allegations. The strip club's attorney Allison Blaine believes the spending by the doctor at the West 28th Street adult playhouse last November was totally voluntary. Blaine stated he was at the club 3 times and could not be drugged all 3 times.

A spokeswoman for the doctor said the 6-figure amount charged to his American Express card was forgiven by the company.
