Seared Thai Beef

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb grass-fed skirt steak
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions:

1) Slice steak into thin strips, against the grain.
2) Mix beef with all ingredients in a large bowl or plastic bag.
3) Marinate the beef in the refrigerator for two hours.
4) Heat a grill pan to high.
5) Sear beef on each side for 2-3 minutes.
6) Enjoy!
