Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs with Roasted Strawberry BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

2 pounds baby back pork ribs, fat trimmed
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce (try my roasted strawberry BBQ sauce)

Directions

  1. Pat the ribs dry, season with salt and pepper, place them in the slow cooker with the bones vertical wrapped around the inside, pour 1 cup of the BBQ sauce over the ribs and cook on low until fall off the bone tender, about 6-8 hours.
  2. Brush the remaining BBQ sauce on the ribs and grill or broil until the sauce is bubbling and just starting to char.
