I love suman and I have been a fan of it since childhood days. I recall helping my deceased grandmother wrapping the sticky rice in the banana leaves which have been slightly heated so to easily fold its side.
My favorite suman flavor is the one with cassava. However I still love the rest of them. But in Clarin, Misamis Occidental, locals and tourists are in for a sampling of 13 different flavors. How cool is that? Check them out here:
