Disease are not only hereditary but also acquired. We got them from the food and beverages in take, from our environment and also within ourselves. The feelings and emotions that we do not control destroys our body systems.

The keywords or phrase here is: "take control". Do not be high tempered. Avoid being angry and hot blooded that you often shout with simple flaws and mistakes. As if there's always fight in your place.

These uncontrolled emotions cause high blood pressure that may lead to stroke or heart attack. Our blood vessels or veins become brittle when we're angry and the pressure of blood is too strong.

We should develop a positive outlook in life. Be patient, kind and forgiving as much as possible. Positive vibes promote healthy life. Clean conscience develops stable and controlled emotions. Be happy, life is beautiful.
