The downfall and the sacking of Jose Mourinho.

Jose Mourinho the former manager of FC Chelsea was sacked two days ago by the club owner Roman Abrahamovic due to extremely depressing results in the English premier league. The club are the defending champions of England and are standing at a very delicate postion in the league table with just 2 points above the relegation zone.

Jose Mourinho has a huge profile and a great CV boosting three champions league titles with three different clubs, he is one of the most successful managers of the current crop but what went wrong?

It all started when Jose Mourinho had a problem with the club doctor Eva Carneiro as she entered the ground to treat a player when the team position was not doing very great during the match, in the press conference Mourinho trashed her behavior with his big mouth as always.

Eva Carneiro was the club doctor for quite some seasons now and she left the club unattended without notice and filed a notice for Mourinho, of discrimination .

From the very same match the club results started to fall down and so did Mourinho's reputation. He entered into a verbal spat with the Arsenal Manger "Arsene Wenger" and called him the specialist in losing, but if we really know Mourinho well we should not take such talks to our hearts as he had this kind  of spats with people every now and then due to his big mouth.

The club results fell further down and he stopped playing the midfield  maestro Eden Hazard because of according to Mourinho bad behavior and once he very infamously replaced the club legend John Terry due to non committal. Some sections of the media reported that there was a lobbying going on in the dressing room against mourinho and that the main striker of the club Diego Costa refused to play in one of the matches.

According to me Roman Abrahamovic should not have waited this long to sack Jose Mourinho,  as the results were not coming and as Mourinho's  behavior got from bad to worst. Jose Mourinho is good with what he does as a job i.e. to manage, but his getting involved into things that don't matter his has got the better off him. 

FC Chelsea will get a new manager and maybe a better one but it will be interesting to see where Jose Mourinho goes from here.

Lets keep our fingers crossed as only crowed support is not required to make a club happy and to stay in it.
