Marvel have become famous for adding extra scenes at the end of the credits, which tease upcoming adventures for their characters. For a company that prides itself on planning ahead though Feige reveals that most of their tags are usually afterthoughts, with most of them being shot at the last-minute.
The Iron Man 2 tag where S.H.I.E.L.D finds the crater with Thor’s hammer was originally the opening scene of Thor, until Marvel decided it would make a perfect teaser. The same thing happened with Thor: The Dark World; the movie was being shot at the same time as Guardians Of The Galaxy, so Marvel decided to use a scene with The Collector to tie the films together.
