Clearly, Bitcoin has much to offer to the poor.  Where poor people leverage bitcoin value against weak national currency to pay bills for necessities, the promise of bitcoin find its greatest fulfillment. 

When I look on the Bitlanders site, I have no doubt that this happens.  

Yet, I am puzzled.  How does a poor person have access to the internet, or mobile devises, so that the person could receive Bitcoin?  I write, not out of knowledge... as I do not know the answer, but out curiosity.  I hope that some Bitlanders would tell me. 

How do Bitlanders get the use of computers, or mobile devises?  How do they afford it?  What do they have to do to get there network time in?  

This is a good topic- better even than the topic about television shows, so if Bitlanders administration ever reads these things, I hope you will someday highlight exactly how Bitlanders in poor counties solve the technical barriers to entry.
