Some investors in a Chelsea lounge opened last year with New York Giants great Michael Strahan. The Leonora has been facing an eviction proceeding in Manhattan court since December. According to Bouncer Chronicles, the club hosted fashion parties for designers Viktor Luna, Nina Athanasion, Liam McMullan as well as Aim Model Management. Investors have been complaining that they are not getting paid and the landlord has started evicting procedures.

A rent dispute that has been dragging on since December was settled last week. Sources said the club forked over $40,000 in back rent and still owes another $36,000. A rep for the club owned by Noel Ashman said the numbers are not accurate and the club is actually doing great.
