Unfried Chicken or Fish

You will need:
1 cup Bread crumbs
1 Tbsp
1 tsp Oregano or Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
3 lbs Skinless chicken pieces
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
