Due to the full calories intake for the past 3 days, I forgot what I am struggling into so now I've decided from where I started. My DAY 1 exercises. If you're going into something and you want to release it, this may help you in awhile.
just a 45-minute exercise may change your mood of the day. You can do it anytime, anywhere at your own pace.
