Exercise is the key to be skinny.  Forget those crash diets. Those will only make you feel week and unhealthy.  Try to eat a balanced diet whenever possible. Amd include fruits and vegetables in your daily intake. Fruits and vegetables have a lot of fiber in them whoch helps one to get rid of those unwanted fats.  And when it comes to exercising, it is very important to do it regularly. Even of that means only 10 minutes a day, it is better than having an hour of exercise and doing it once a month. It is also important to hydrate yourself. Forget the sodas, and just go with plain water. Make sure to drink eight to ten glasses of water daily.
