What is the best time to exercise morning or evening?

Hi!

For me the best time to have exercise is in the morning where my mind and body becomes more prepared in a whole day activity; but of course, it is important to choose exercise that is suited to you or you like to do. According to some expert, body and mind are connected in promoting a healthy lifestyle; so that, my advice is to pick your preferred time when you are free and do exercise suited to you.
