Yoga for Cervical Spondylosis

Neck pain is also called as Cervical Spondylosis there are some common symptoms and those are 

1.Pain in neck. 

2.Abnormal pain and numbness in shoulders and arms. 

3.stiffness in the neck .

There are some common yoga which will help to reduce the neck pain and strenghthen the neck muscle and like that can reduce the Cervical spondylosis.

There are four stages in the  yoga -

In ist stage To interlock the fingers and to keep the palm behind the head ,touching the head.

one have to push the head forward with the hand and resist it with the head ,we have to push ,apply the pressure and relax for 2-3 seconds .

In 2nd stage ,hand or will resist and with head we will apply the pressure backward which is just opposite to the last posture.

In 3rd stage ,we have to keep the interlock fingers in front of the head and push the head while the head will be resisting that .

In the last stage,the head is coming forward but the palm is not allowing the head to come forward so here head is pushing ,palm is resisting .
