Gather These!
➟ 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
➟ 1 cup fresh orange juice
➟ ¾ cup low-fat, plain yogurt
➟ ½ tsp. sugar/honey
➟ Ice cubes

Blend that Smoothie!
Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with sliced strawberries!

Strawberries and oranges contain vitamin C, thus, improve immunity and overall strength. Moreover, the low-fat yogurt reduces total calorie intake.

Yummy Variations!
You can add two spoons of whipped cream, or strawberry ice cream into the smoothie before blending it. This will result in a smoother and creamier consistency, although the calorie count will go up
