You can start boozing at 10 AM instead of 12 PM on Sundays in the Big Apple!

According to Bouncer Chronicles a new state law in New York lets drinking begin at brunch at 10 AM instead of 12 PM. Governor Andrew Cuomo said "The state liquor laws were basically written during the prohibition era."

Restaurants and staff workers said the law was 80 years overdue. The change will put extra money into the hands of restaurant workers.
