You can redeem your Rewards from the My Rewards page by clicking on “Withdraw”.

reach a minimum of 0.0251 to withdraw your reward!

You will be asked to provide your e-mail address. After your bitcoins have been sent, you will receive a notification from blockchain.info to claim them. You may then use your existing blockchain.info account, or create a new one blockchain.info account as you see fit.
