Rajiv “Raj” Shah is an American economic development specialist and physician who is currently the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
He was interviewed by Film Annex at the American University of Afghanistan dinner on March 20th, 2013, in Washington D.C. He explained the role of education in Afghanistan, especially on women's empowerment and economic independence.
