He first explains how a PSA (Public Service Announcement), which is asking for a cause, helps publishers do philanthropic work, and get their message to a larger audience. He adds that digital media, being a borderless world, helps those causes have their message distributed around the world to a global audience, and reach the younger and more passionate user base. He also talks about viral videos, how people can be reached through their personal network and organically bring a new audience.
