DESCRIPTION

Los Angeles 2012 is part 1 of a continuing film experiment on the city and its dark lineage. The home of Noir and Roast Beef Dip sandwiches, LA projects many images of itself everyday but few of those are its true form.

An audio/visual pallet using various scenes of Los Angeles: METRO REDLINE and Financial district.
Filmed at 2.39 aspect ratio on an HDSLR. Graded in After Effects.

Music was created on a Buchla running through a series of guitar pedals and analog musical instruments.
