"Paranormal Activity 3" Director Explain the Movie

DESCRIPTION

I love the “Paranormal Activity” franchise. The first one intrigued me, the second one scared me, and the third made me believe in the potency of the franchise. So I was happy as a clam to interview the directors of the third installment, Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman.

One of the biggest questions the fans were asking was – how come there were some scenes shown in the trailer that were not shown on the final cut?

But we’ll get to that in a minute.

For now, let’s congratulate Joost and Schulman for keeping the “Paramount Activity” tradition of no gore, just good old-fashioned scares alive!

Oh yeah, and let’s congratulate them too for having the biggest box-office opening for a horror film ever, and for the biggest opening of any film in October!

In this interview, we talked about:

*** What spooked them to direct “Paranormal Activity 3?”
*** Scary movies versus Violent movies
*** The origin of the “fan cam”
*** And the biggie – how come some scenes were not shown in the final cut? Are we going to find some footage in the DVD and Blu-Ray?
*** Is there going to be “PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 4?”

I really wanted to ask them about that hidden scene they’re talking about in the movie. Did you guys catch that?

Also, I want them to give Katie Featherston a bigger role in the fourth film!

Just sayin…
